Your data is used to calculate your layoff risk score, generate personalised career recommendations, and power the AI advisor. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for product research and improvement.
Data storage & security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We store data on servers located in India and the European Union. We retain your data for the duration of your account and for 30 days after deletion.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@layoffshield.com. We will respond within 30 days.
